• Workspace and brand information you submit in onboarding or settings, including business details, goals, and files you upload, such as a logo or customer list.
• Messages and invites you send inside a workspace, and the email addresses of people you invite.
• Technical data needed to operate the site, such as session information, browser type, and basic logs of how the service is used.

• Provide, secure, and improve the workspace.
• Communicate with you about your account, onboarding, and the work we do together.
• Add teammates you ask us to invite.
• Meet legal obligations and prevent misuse.

• People on your workspace, according to the access you give them.
• Vendors who host the service, send email, or store files, and only so they can do that work for us.
• Authorities or others when the law requires it, or when we need to protect Peptide Agency, our clients, or other people.

We do not sell your personal information.

We keep information while your account or workspace is active, and for a reasonable period afterward when we need it for records, security, or legal reasons. You can ask us to delete account information by email. We may keep what we still need for those reasons.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

We use cookies and similar tools to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. You can control cookies in your browser. Blocking them may keep you from signing in.

You can update much of your account and workspace information in the product. For other requests, email hello@peptideagency.co. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to object to certain uses. We respond to reasonable requests.

The service is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy. When we do, we change the effective date at the top of this page. If you keep using the service after an update, the revised policy applies.
