Agreement
By creating an account, submitting a brand brief, or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for a company, you confirm that you can bind that company.
The service
Peptide Agency provides a private workspace for clients. That includes onboarding, team access, messages, and the other tools we make available for the work we do together. We may change, pause, or retire features.
Deliverables, timelines, and fees are whatever we agree with you separately, in writing.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your password confidential, and for activity under your account. Email hello@peptideagency.co if you think someone else is using it.
We may refuse, suspend, or close an account that is unused, inaccurate, or in violation of these terms.
Your content
You keep ownership of the materials you submit, including brand information, files, and messages. You give Peptide Agency permission to use that material to operate the service and to do the work you ask us to do. You confirm that you have the rights to share it, including any customer data you upload.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service. That includes:
- Trying to break or bypass security.
- Interfering with the service or with other clients.
- Uploading unlawful content.
- Using the workspace to send spam or to violate someone else's rights.
We may remove content or suspend access when we believe these terms have been broken.
Fees
Fees, budgets, and payment timing are as agreed with you. Unless that agreement says otherwise, amounts already earned stay due if you stop using the workspace. We may pause access when an agreed payment is overdue.
Intellectual property
Peptide Agency owns the service, including its software, design, and branding. These terms do not transfer that ownership. You may use the service only as these terms allow. Work we create for you is yours only to the extent a separate agreement says so.
Confidentiality
Each side will use the other's non-public information only to carry out this relationship. Neither side will share it except with people who need it and are bound to protect it, or when the law requires it.
No medical or regulatory advice
Peptide Agency is not a medical provider, pharmacy, laboratory, or law firm. Nothing in the service is medical, health, or legal advice, and nothing here is a promise that a product, claim, or campaign meets advertising or regulatory rules. You are responsible for your products, claims, and compliance.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a specific business result, or that the service will meet every need.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Peptide Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for damages beyond the amounts you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Ending access
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, if we are required to, or if we stop offering the service. Sections that should survive — including ownership, confidentiality, disclaimers, and limits on liability — stay in effect.
Changes and general terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the effective date at the top of this page. If you keep using the service after an update, the new terms apply.
These terms are the whole agreement about use of the service, except for a separate written agreement about the work itself. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the separate agreement controls. These terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
